Holding the card about 40 cm in front of your eyes, without moving it, focus on the
bottom images. As you focus, you should see more pictures appear.
Without looking away, hold the exercise card in front of your eyes until you can see
the images overlapping or merging into a single image.
Doing eye exercises at least 3 times a day is recommended!
