3D Stereogram

A stereogram is a two-dimensional image that hides a three-dimensional object that can be seen

from a distance. Stereograms are great for strengthening the eye muscles and helping them to

relax.

To see what they show, just pull away 30-40 cm and look intently at one point. After a while, you

will see the image emerge. Don't be discouraged if you don't get it right away – it's totally normal!

The more you practise, the faster and easier it will be!
